Venturi injector is also called water jet . which consist by four parts of nozzel. suction chamber. diffuser. one-way valve. a kind of automatic filling and dosing equipment using the negative pressure water jet. forming a strong water jet by mixing the water flow and gan or liquid in the unique mixing chamber design. balanced gas filling and dosing. high efficiency. compact product structure. Easy management. reliable operation. can start or stop at any time. Low energy consumption. will not produce the secondary pollution to the enviroment.
Products Usage
1.Usage: inject inhale various soluble fertilizers to irrigation pipelines. Crops are irrigated with uniformed fertilizers.
2.Operated with principle of pressure difference. When turned down the control valve , the pressure will be different before and after the valve, When thus water flow to low pressure from high pressure. With vaccum suction in fertilizer suction pipe, soluble fertilizer in fertilizer bucket is sucked to venturi and converged in main pipe for fertigation.
3.Working pressure is low( 0.5-9.5bar) without any booster pump.
